Task #6 - Helping Patrons

I am so proud of me, I got all five answers correct! Thankfully, most of the questions that I come across from our patrons are pretty basic and I think for the most part I am able to assist our patrons needs.

My question:

A patron comes in to use the computers to apply for a job. He needs an email account and he has no idea how to set one up. How would you best help him?

A) Assist him with logging in to one of the free email services and wish him good luck!

B) Assist him with logging in to one of the free email services, explain how to sign up, and let him know that you'll be available to help him if he has any questions.

C) Ask the patron sitting at the nearest computer if they could show him how to sign up for an email account.

D) Assist him with logging in to one of the free email services, explain how to sign up, let him know that you'll be available to help him if he has any questions, and give him a flyer explaining our free computer classes.
